
Software for Creating Online Surveys
FastReplySurvey is the software from the FastReply suite designed to create and manage online questionnaires and surveys.
The software was developed for hospitality businesses that want to collect online survey responses from their guests, but it is also available for other companies and activities.
FastReplySurvey is integrated with FastReplyCRM. It therefore allows you to send surveys to all guests who have stayed at the hotel, in order to assess their level of satisfaction, identify strengths and weaknesses of the accommodation, with the goal of continuously improving service quality and increasing guest trust and loyalty.
Integration with the CRM also enables the sending of questionnaires to those who only made a booking, in order to collect information about their tastes and preferences (guest profiling), with the aim of offering personalized services and experiences tailored to each client.
Surveys can be sent via email, and the link can also be shared via WhatsApp. In the reserved area of the software, it is possible to generate a QR Code (which can be printed and placed in a public space), that once scanned, provides direct access to the questionnaire.
Online access to surveys and the ease of completion increase participation, providing a broader and more representative data set.
Survey results are available in real time within the FastReplySurvey dashboard and are presented both in aggregated form and for each individual respondent. This feature allows users to constantly monitor and analyze the data effectively.

For example:
- Immediately after the booking, an initial questionnaire is automatically sent to better understand the customer's needs.
- Two days after the end of the stay, a satisfaction survey is sent to collect feedback.
