Incoming mail is a new tool, completely different from the incoming Requests system. It enables you to read the emails sent to the technical mail box of FastReplyCRO® and the subsequent answer by the offer composition mask.

Incoming mail does not substitute the use of your mail client, nor does it allow you to delete, manage or modify your mail client’s emails. You will only be able to view your emails for a maximum of 15 days after your having received them.
