This means that after creating and customizing the documents with FastReplySignature, the sending of documents is managed by the CRM using predefined automations, which allow documents to be sent at specific times, for example:

  • at the time of booking, "document 1" is sent automatically;
  • 7 days before the guest's arrival, "document 2" is sent;
  • the day before arrival, "document 3" is sent;
  • 2 days after the end of the stay, a thank-you message is sent.
