How FastReply Rewards works

The system is simple and flexible. Each property can freely define the conversion rate from euros to points, allowing registered guests to collect points on their digital card with every stay or purchase of services.

The system features a tiered program — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — that rewards the frequency and duration of stays. Each hotel can customize thresholds, benefits, and rewards for each level, creating a tailor-made loyalty path.

Guests can redeem their points to access exclusive services, discounts, room upgrades, external experiences, or local partnerships, all with complete autonomy.

Through their personal dashboard, each user can view in real time:

  • the number of nights and bookings made
  • the points earned and those needed for the next reward
  • the rewards available and those already redeemed.

FastReply Rewards is designed to ensure a clear and well-controlled management of costs related to the loyalty program.

Each day, the system automatically applies the daily cost per registered user, calculating in a transparent way the total amount to be charged to the property’s virtual wallet.
