Creating the company or organization
With FastMeeting, you can easily get started by setting up your association, company, or club directly in the reserved area. The software allows you to manage an unlimited number of organizations and schedule meetings for each of them.
Customizable voting
Each organization can be configured according to the rules set by its bylaws or internal regulations. With FastMeeting, you can choose different voting methods, such as voting by shares or per person, and define approval criteria (unanimity, majority, etc.). These options can be set both at the assembly level and for individual agenda items. Proxy voting is also possible, allowing those who cannot attend to still have their vote counted.
Creating the meeting
Once your organization is set up, you can create a new meeting or assembly in just a few steps. FastMeeting allows you to define and organize all agenda items (ODG) in detail, planning every aspect with ease and precision.
Sending invitations
You can send notifications and communications via email, either scheduled or instant, to ensure everyone is informed in time for the meeting call. The system includes features to remind participants of meeting dates, send important messages, and distribute the post-meeting minutes.
Real-time attendance management
During the meeting, FastMeeting automatically monitors the validity of the assembly based on attendance, checking in real time the deliberative or constitutive quorum. Any changes in attendance between agenda items are updated in real time.
Real-time voting
Participants can vote from their smartphone or using the traditional show of hands. The voting link is sent via email or WhatsApp, or accessed by scanning a QR code available at the venue. FastMeeting integrates votes cast in person and remotely. If voting is done exclusively via device, the process is fully automated and digital, ensuring maximum efficiency.
Minutes generation
Voting results are visible in real time on the administrator’s dashboard. At the end of the meeting, FastMeeting automatically generates a detailed minutes report that includes the items discussed and voting results with percentage breakdowns. The minutes are ready to be archived or shared with participants.
Digital archive of assemblies
In the reserved area of FastMeeting, all documents related to meetings and assemblies are securely stored. You can consult the minutes, votes, and attendance records at any time, ensuring transparent and organized documentation management.
